E.I. Utilities, Inc. is a 100% Women owned and operated business based in Central Illinois. We are a professional and experienced directional boring company that specializes in communication and power installation and replacement. We also offer communication line plowing, fiber, and microfiber splicing, copper communication splicing, and general excavation.

Meet Sarah
Sarah is the heart and the soul of the operation. She started E.I. Utilities in May of 2021, but her dream stearted well before that.
In 2019, she started working for a construction company in a related field and gained great experience. When it was time for her to go out on her own, her dad, who has over fifty years of experience in the construction industry, encouraged her to find her niche. As a new business, she was fortunate to find some great employees with an average of fifteen years of experience!
E.I. Utilities prides ourselves on completing our work in a timely and professional manner. With hardwork and great relationships we have been very successful so far.
